I have been listening to videos about mythology that I found, and when listening to one about Pan, I got the thought, what if the Nightlands have powerful entities that seemed a bit like that?

Random thoughts about how people use magic were had, briefly, while in bed before I went to sleep. I feel like digging up those thoughts again.

I have been rethinking the Arcane Dragon stuff and I feel that the magic statue stuff doesn't work. Cute little sideline of thought, but I think it will remain that.

No, I think the Arcane Metal Dragons are the more prosaic idea that the Three Sisters can shapeshift into dragons. It is not a talent they use often - used so little it is a legend.

Maybe Elená uses her dragon form more often than her sisters, but Elená is also the one who shapeshifts the most, having forms in multiple races. She may even have unicorn and Phoenix forms, giving her the trifecta of the Great Races.


Edit 25/4/18:Though I am now more inclined to say that if she has a unicorn-like form, it is more likely to be Ki-rin, since she is a frequent wandering warrior. Maybe she has both, but uses Ki-rin more because it's more battle-capable. The unicorn form she may keep for diplomacy./Edit.

I admit a lot of my thoughts in the Nightlands tends to be more about the Quendár than any other races, but I feel like giving some random thoughts about my secondary Elven race, the Kessír.
